We will do everything we can to help you buy the right item in the first place. We are available by email, phone, or chat below to answer any questions.
We know buying online doesn't always work out. You can return most new, unused item within 30 days from the time of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price, minus shipping costs. Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Sorry, we cannot take returns on parts that have been installed.
Please note a few exceptions to our standard returns policy:
- Returns are not accepted for any food or nutritional items, regardless of whether they have been opened.
- We cannot provide refunds on any custom-built products including wheelsets and complete bikes with any customized components.
- Returns on complete bikes will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees. Please contact us at email@example.com.
- Bike racks, Frames, and Wheels are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.
Refunds and Credits
- If you paid by credit card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please allow one billing cycle to see the refund on your statement or online banking.
- If you paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks after the return is processed to receive a refund check in the mail.
- If you paid by PayPal, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account. Please allow 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable including original shipping costs on free shipping orders
How do I request a return?
Please fill out our Return Authorization Form with as many details as you can provide. We will follow up with you within 2 business days with instructions for processing the return.
