Free Returns? Really?
That’s right. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any reason you aren’t, just return it and send us the bill. We’ll give you a store credit towards your next purchase. Yes, it’s our not-so-sneaky way of keeping your business but by offering this service we are hoping to earn the opportunity to make things right if anything should go wrong.
In order to be eligible for free returns:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return using the same shipping method. (Maximum store credit limited to 1.25X original shipping cost)
- Items must be completely unused and in the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Sorry, we cannot take returns on parts that have been installed.
- You must submit a Return Authorization Form before returning the item(s).
Please note a few exceptions to our standard returns policy:
- Returns are not accepted for any food or nutritional items, regardless of whether they have been opened.
- We cannot provide refunds on any custom-built products including wheelsets and complete bikes with any customized components.
- Complete bikes and frames are only available for store credit and may be subject to restocking fees. Please contact us FIRST on chat or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Some bulky items, Bike racks, Frames, and Wheels are not eligible for free returns and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
If you paid by credit card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please allow one billing cycle to see the refund on your statement or online banking. If you paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks after the return is processed to receive a refund check in the mail. If you paid by PayPal, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account. Please allow 7-10 business days.
If you submitted your shipping costs receipt and your order is eligible for our free returns program, you will be issued a store credit within 7-10 days.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Please fill out our Return Authorization Form
with as many details as you can provide. We will follow up with you within 2 business days with instructions for processing the return.
ONE LAST NOTE
We’re good people and we love our customers and value your business. We offer this seemingly insane free returns policy with faith and hope that it won’t be abused. If that happens, we reserve the right to suspend this program at any time. However, all previously placed orders will remain eligible for free shipping with the 30-day post-purchase period.
